Talk about a ROCK STAR team!!!! As first time sellers we were nervous about trusting someone to represent us but Colleen and her team quickly put those nerves to ease. Colleen guided us through the staging process and was able to list and sell our home while we were on vacation! It has been an absolute pleasure working with her and her team. If we find ourselves buying or selling in the future we will definitely work with Colleen again! Love her and her team!

If you think customer service has died -- then you MUST use Colleen and her team! No request is too big or too small and it's always done with a smile :) Our house went on the market in the wee hours of a Sunday morning and was sold by 4 pm on that afternoon - who could ask for anything more than that. We then worked with Todd to find another house and things couldn't have gone smoother. You can't go wrong with this group of people and it will be the best decision you EVER made!!!

Colleen and her team blew us away! She is so genuine, kind, sweet, knowledgable. From the first time I met her I knew she would be my agent. She did what she said she would, and her amazing team members followed through on everything! Colleen, love you and your team. If I was still in Texas I would give you a BIG hug. I was just listening to my brother talk about a negative realtor experience and it reminded me of how awesome Colleen is. Colleen sold my house in Plano in a very slow market. She went above and beyond more than once. Colleen is dedicated and you are always well informed. She decorated my house for me. I lived out of state during the whole process but Colleen made sure I knew everything I needed. Anyone using Colleen will agree. I just wish she worked in CA too.

Choosing Colleen Frost to represent us in the selling of our home was the best decision we have made. She worked tirelessly for us and no task was out of her job description. Colleen sold a rental property for me under very difficult and unusual conditions. Don't know if someone less knowledgable and understanding could have pulled it off. She stayed in contact with Buyers' realtor and loan officers to keep them on the ball.
