Colleen and her team are second to none when it comes to turning a key and selling a home, quickly, and at the best price. Her network of professionals that can step in quickly to make repairs and get the home ready to market is extensive. When the inspection came back, we needed windows installed. We needed some basic carpentry. Colleen has excellent craftsmen and vendors at the ready to a great job in quick fashion.

If you think customer service has died -- then you MUST use Colleen and her team! No request is too big or too small and it's always done with a smile :) Our house went on the market in the wee hours of a Sunday morning and was sold by 4 pm on that afternoon - who could ask for anything more than that. We then worked with Todd to find another house and things couldn't have gone smoother. You can't go wrong with this group of people and it will be the best decision you EVER made!!!
