High-energy, enthusiasm, very thorough. Colleen took us through every step with patience. Selling a home is stressful but she made it easier to navigate through.

We relocated to the East Coast when our house was still on the market. Colleen went way above and beyond what is expected of a realtor in taking care of the house in our absence. She was proactive, communicated clearly and was on top of her game at all times. It is because of her dedication and hardwork that we were able to sell our house at a good price. I would highly reccomend Collen to anyone who is looking for a realtor who cares about client, not just the listing.
