I was just listening to my brother talk about a negative realtor experience and it reminded me of how awesome Colleen is. Colleen sold my house in Plano in a very slow market. She went above and beyond more than once. Colleen is dedicated and you are always well informed. She decorated my house for me. I lived out of state during the whole process but Colleen made sure I knew everything I needed. Anyone using Colleen will agree. I just wish she worked in CA too.

Choosing Colleen Frost to represent us in the selling of our home was the best decision we have made. She worked tirelessly for us and no task was out of her job description. We had to relocate to California prior to the home selling and she would check on our home and even went late at night to check on a broken door knob for us. She is a ROCK STAR. Her knowledge of the area, the home selling process and her vast network are the aces in her pocket. She sold our home in just 8 days on market! You will not regret choosing her... read more

Colleen is a very good agent. She tells you what you need to hear and not only what you want to hear. She is very effcient, driven and energetic. I can warmly recommend her

Colleen and her team are outstanding! She has incredible integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness. She provided some excellent feedback on what we could do to better stage the house, did an excellent job marketing the house, and was able to sort through 34 offers in a short time period so we could choose the best one for us. Her & her team were always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and were so flexible with timing when it came to viewing houses. Everyone on her team were just great to work... read more

Colleen sold a rental property for me under very difficult and unusual conditions. Don't know if someone less knowledgable and understanding could have pulled it off. She stayed in contact with Buyers' realtor and loan officers to keep them on the ball.

Colleen was extremely responsive. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She is really dedicated and hard-working. We are pretty sure she doesn't sleep. She has a ton of contacts to help you get your house ready to sell or fix up your new house. We highly recommend her.

As far as I'm concerned, Colleen Frost is the ONLY agent anybody should ever use. Colleen sold our house in Murphy, TX and negotiated the purchase of our new home in Wylie, TX. Working with Colleen was fantastic. Professional, highly motivated, immensely knowledgable, considerate, and supported by a host of qualified professionals, Colleen makes it happen!

Colleen Frost helped us with the purchase of a house in Collin County. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the local communities and she listened to us to find out exactly what kind of house would suite us. Once we selected the house we liked, Colleen was very instrumental in negotiating the best price for us. This is our third house and I can very easily put Colleen in our top Realtor category.
