Colleen was extremely responsive. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She is really dedicated and hard-working. We are pretty sure she doesn't sleep. She has a ton of contacts to help you get your house ready to sell or fix up your new house. We highly recommend her.

High-energy, enthusiasm, very thorough. Colleen took us through every step with patience. Selling a home is stressful but she made it easier to navigate through.
