I just took my car in on 7/12/19 got it back on 7/18/19. Get ready I paid over $4,000 to get my car fixed! After keeping my car an extra day and reassuring me that my car was 100% ready to go my check Engine light came back on yesterday. They also have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, don’t have any loner cars for people paying an arm and a leg to try and get theirs fixed. They refused to honor the tire warranty for a car I bought 4 months ago. They said it doesn’t apply to new cars. WtF!! I only drove the car 5600 miles!! This is my 3rd new car in less than 4 years from this same location. I am disappointed. I expected some common decency. I was hoping to get a 2020 model when they come out later this year for Christmas or on February on Valentine’s Day but now, heck nooooooo!

With an appointment, the wait time was ridiculous. I am unsatisfied with the service that I received for my vehicle. The problem still isn't fixed and I paid for a service that wasn't needed on my car.
The worst customer service. No manger available to talk to you. Brought my car in for one thing and had to bring it back because it wasn't done correctly. Service has gone down.
Absolute worst car dealership hands down. Our most recent car purchase from them was used and we were promised safety and a very "thorough" inspection, we had 3 guys come and talk us into this car with all reassurance. Less than a year later the car is no good and here we are out of a car and they (including the GM) are shrugging their shoulders. They will say and promise anything to get a sale with no remorse.
