RecommendedAfter a terrible experience at a DIFFERENT dealership. We loved everything about Coggin Nissan. We had Tom helping us, he left us see any car we wanted, including cars that weren’t Nissan, unlike elsewhere. It was a leisurely experience. I had just returned from a deployment and decided our family had out grown our 2015 Chevy Impala. The sale people there are all about a dollar we couldnt find a car we like within our budget and they ask use to.work with them. they said they had a car that just came in feom servicing it just need cleaning. we test drove it before they finished cleaning it but never got a chance to checkout the feature. after being pressured to buy and went home with the Nissan Rogue the next day for 17000.00 got a basic truck that dont even have auto on and off light..call them about a return policy and was told there isn't one..once you... read more
Cameron provided great customer service by keeping me informed at all times of any required service.
we talk to some one over the phone ( his name was jay) so we get to the dealer an we wait for like 30 minutes to even be approached while looking at the cars finally we go inside to talk with Jay an still have to wait around an as we are talking he was rude an the customer service was very ugly ! do NOT recommend them at all!!!!!!
