The best Service department and my advisor Cameron Smith went out of his way to make sure I was happy with your visit to that dealership. I have never met anyone like him, he's a super nice guy. If you buy a car from Coggin Nissan on Atlantic, make sure you ask for CAMERON SMITH as your service advisor.

Worst Service Department ever - had an appointment for an oil change - was told it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before it was completed. Third appointment where they did not provide SERVICE - will not go back there ever - poorly run and total lack of consideration for customers.

I am very happy with the service department at this dealership! After multiple appointments and MULTIPLE problems with the location at the avenues, this location has it together! Ted and Chuck are on point and knowledgable. It doesnt take 8 hours to do a diagnostic as it does at the avenues, it took them less then an hour! and they were 100% up front about everything the car needed. The avenues neglected to inform me of a serious issue. Getting my car fixed here and happy I have found a place I can trust!

This place sucks! I will NEVER bring my Nissan back here. I live in GA. Tuesday We inform the service dept. that we do not live in Jacksonville upon arrival for a starter. They don't do anything all day. Hotel costs incurred. Wednesday I call. Car should be ready in 3-4 hours. They install a faulty starter, I'm not notified until the rental/loaner dept. is closed. Ted lies and tells me there's a reservation for a rental at the airport. Get there....There's no reservation! I have to pay for the rental. Thursday no contact. I ... read more

I would strongly NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Unsafe and not repaired vehicles for sale. Unsatisfactory quality. Not inspecting and correcting mechanical issues!! Poor communication not returning and responding to messages left. I HAD TO RETURN VEHICLE AFTER PURCHASE DUE TO OVER $2500 in repairs needed. Waiting to receive my $20k down payment back!!!
