I was in last sat to look at a used truck, I wanted the truck and filled the paperwork out for it. They run my credit and come back with questions so they can get my credit. I answered them. Then the manager comes back and ask more questions and saying they have my dads information. There is nothing they can do for me about the truck. Well we all know credit is by ssn and not by name, so I have the feeling that they don’t want to sell me this truck. Nice people to work with bought 2 cars in one week, come and visit this place they have great customer service Bryan sales person is awesome, But GM Douglas is great He interact with customers and make sure you get what you want . 👍👍👍
Great experience with Eric in the service department. I had my 1 and 3 year old with and they loved watching the oil change through the big window. The waiting area was well-stocked with snacks and very clean. Everyone was very friendly and brought out crayons for the kiddos, and it was a lot quicker than I expected. They even washed my car after the oil change. Way above my expectations! The kiddos can’t wait to bring our car back here (to “the car doctor”) again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided yummy snacks and coffee while I waited, which wasn't very long because they were pretty quick! Also, they did a great job washing my car! I was very pleased with the service all around!
There service department is excellent and very professional! I love it my first time there❤️
People are nice. No pressure to buy. Facility is nice and cozy!! Jack and Rick were great!!
Wish I had a better experience. Made a appointment to see a vehicle. To only find out I drove all the away across town for them to not have the car on sight. Which took about 15 to 20 mins for them to figure out . After finding out the vehicle was in fact not there they still threw paper work in my face and numbers . The whole point of my appointment was to see one vehicle in particular. No apologies from the sales guy just games . It was a complete waste of time
I used their parking lot to sit with my brakes over heated and locked up waiting for a tow truck And they never complained
