Horrible service and the staff is very untrustworthy
I’ve heard about the horrible experiences here but what tops their disgusting cake is making a woman cry in the dealership. That’s someone’s mom and as soon as they find out what happened, it won’t end well. To push a woman so much that she cries and just completely embarrass her in front of the ENTIRE dealership. Keep it classy I guess. Horrible customer service from sales to service. These managers need to go and bring in some who know what their doing and actually care about their job because these losers don’t.

Poor customer service. They act like your voice can’t be heard. Well hopefully Corporate will hear. This location needs an inside review of itself and correction needs to be made.
A friend of mine did not have his warranty honored. That's not a good look to retain business or get new business.
Treated me like I didn’t know what my trade is worth! And when I proved them wrong they tried hard to make me feel stupid! Don’t buy a gtr from these people!!!
