Waited 2 hours for an oil change. I made a 10:00 appointment, got my car back after 12:00. The oil was overfilled again. They overfilled it last time I was in! Now my boyfriend is going to have to redo the job. Needless to say, I will not be back for an oil change. .
We had a wonderful experience buying a new Altima. Bryan, from sales, is patient, knowledgeable, & helpful! Mark is to the point makes the negotiating haggle free! Pete makes the paperwork fun! The team made sure that we got all of the features on the car that we wanted, even though they had to go a little out of their way! We truly appreciate their customer service!
Service personnel was outstanding in taking care of my MV Van and the service was done before expected time. My Service Advisor was awesome.
Seems like there is nobody working at finance� trying to get ahold of someone there seems impossible! We are trying to get a simple email since over TWO weeks now! Left a lot of messages with phone number and email! NOTHING!! ONE time a guy actually picked up the dang phone �� and he worked in finance!! ��and he said within 24hrs we should get the email�...like wth?!? First of all why does it take 24hrs to send an email? almost another week past by...� and we are trying DAILY to talk to someone from finance again!! But nope.... read more
The only reason I come to Coggin Nissan for my service is Laurie Beck. She is always courteous, knowledgeable and has me in and out for my appointments.
Nice fast service. No haggling. Called one day purchased the car the next morning.
