Loved my overall experience. I came in pre-approved from my bank so I already had an idea of what I wanted to spend. Soon after locating my GMC Terrain on Autotrader, Brian reached out to me via email to confirm its availability. I came to the lot and it was already pulled out front ready to test drive. They were more than willing to negotiate to ensure I stayed within my budget and Brian even endured my sick and fussy kids lol. Couldn't have dreamed it going more smoothly...
Back in 2004, I purchased my Nissan from this dealership and since then have been driving from Fleming Island and Orange Park for service. Yes, I pass a lot of other options on the way, but the red carpet service makes it worth it. Chris Dhnpaul has been my Service Advisor for years and always goes beyond my expectations. Today, I got to know my new favorite Technician, Jason, who made sure not only did I meet my time line but answered all my questions along the way. Chris and Jason, you rock!!!!!
Bought a Pathfinder here back 2016 Good experience then. Took my Girlfriend to get a Rouge and I guess in those 2 years they have gone down hill. The sales guy was new and had to go back and forth with the sale manager in the back like 6 times. Ask to talk to him straight and he wouldn't come out of this hole. Very Bad Management especially when you working with a new sales person. GF has great credit and they wouldn't give us a better APR then 4.9%. Wayne was great throughout the whole leasing process of making sure we left with a car we’d be happy with and made sure we didn’t spend more than we could afford. Even after the process, he followed up to make sure we were happy and that there were no issues!
The people were friendly, they took my 2011 Dodge Caravan right in for an oil change. (I have the Nissan maintenance program) I don't know why they charge an extra $23.00 for an tire rotation. Beside that, I am happy with the service. You just got to train your techs how to reset the "time to change the oil" indicator after each oil change. It comes on three days after I leave your shop.
This was my first time taking my used Altima in for service. I lost the card of the serviceman who worked on it (Kacee?) He did a great job in a very short time. The next time my car needs service, I will be coming back and ask for the same serviceman. He did a really great job. Suzanne Dresser
