Didn't get the promised ten percent discount for making and keeping an appointment, and were charged $24.95 for the lousiest wash job we'd ever gotten. Totally disappointed and unlikely to return! Not the first time we've been disappointed; constant turnover among advisors could explain.

Horrible didn't get to test drive car i specifically asked if they had, they didn't, ran hard credit score asked not to. Called me later to see if I stole keys...
