I brought my car in for a basic oil change and my service associate was Laurie Beck. Laurie is awesome at customer service. She always informs me of what’s going on each step of the way, she got me in and out in an hour and sends me my report of what’s needed with pictures and the condition and prices via text and email before I leave. This was our second purchase from Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and our second good experience. The first car was a 2014 370Z that I loved but after having knee surgery I was unable to easily get in and out of it, so sadly it had to go. My husband and I weren't really expecting to make a purchase when we stopped to look at an Altima but our sales person "Nelly" made things happen so easily for us. Great service, i made an appt. was taken right away, my service person updated on the progress of my vehicle and then let me know when it was ready. No pushy sales pitch of additional services, and offered a better discount than the coupon i had. I love coming to this service cener!

Coggin Nissan on Atlantic does great work at a reasonable price, and they have great customer service. I also love that they offer to wash my car (for free) and they offer yummy snacks and wifi while I wait!
