Worst Service department ever. They rip off their customers and use cheap parts on top of overcharging. Worst part is, they lie about things that need to be serviced on your car.
I was looking at a used vehicle i wanted there and was working with salesman "Brian". Very close to completing the deal over the phone. After I asked to go lower on price he turned very rude and unprofessional. he told me " No way we will ever go any lower, not today, not tomorrow, not ever, stop calling here" Then he hung up on me. Funny just today i saw the price lowered. I really wanted that truck, and he didnt realise how close we were to closing. But after being treated like that I am unable to work woth this person!!
Our service advisor, Chris Dhanpaul, is the best! We have built up a great amount of trust in him over the years, and would never think of going to anyone else but him. Thanks Chris and thanks Coggin!
Thanks to a rude salesman and harassing emails/phone calls, a definite sale turned into passing up a great deal to wait it out and continue my search once again. I was ready to buy but I'm now willing to wait to avoid any business with this establishment.
Absolutely fabulous customer service and buying experience. We were working with another Nissan dealership but they wanted to sell us a car on the lot, because they didn't have the one I wanted. Exceptional business first time we walked on the lot! We decided to use Coggin after two of my local nissan dealerships couldn't work out a deal. So glad we made the 2.5 hour drive.
