Typically, I am satisfied with their service. I went in after work on Saturday and was told they couldn’t get to it today. I told them I had things to do and I could drop it off and come back later. So, they were ok with that. They called me about 2 hours later stating it was done. I went to pick it up and as soon as I got in it, the warning for the washer fluid was on. We had two things break on our 2015 Pathfinder (which we were told would be covered under our bumper to bumper warranty) and so, we made an appointment for 8/21/2018 @ 10am. My husband arrived at 9:40am, checked in with a service member and told it wouldn't be long before they had a look at our vehicle. WRONG. Went in for service. Service advisors seemed annoyed doing their jobs. I took time off from work to have an issue looked at. When checking out, they said they couldn't duplicate it and to just come back again. They weren't willing to actually fix the issue on this trip...although I made the appointment a week in advance. Also, this is a 2018 Murano with 5k miles bought from their dealership. Very disappointed.
