I went yesterday 19 August at after 12 noon for returning vehicle at Nissan Atlantic! Before that I called on 904 number and (Rep) said yes I can come & get back at home with shuttle service by Nissan but when I reached & requested to fellow who was sitting in the corner room with white office shirt that I need to get shuttle service he refused & advices me rudely that “I Don’t Care” call Uber or anything! James in sales was awesome! I didn’t feel pressured to do anything and he was very patient and humble. All of my questions were answered, and I had tons of them. I liked that we weren’t immediately swarmed by salesmen when we pulled onto the lot. Zach in finance was great as well. Both very personable and friendly guys that made the process very smooth and comfortable for me given this was only my second time getting a car through a dealer.
