We purchased a used Nissan Kicks this summer and have been pleased with it. Jack, our Sales person was very friendly and sincere, and happy that we got the car we wanted. When we've needed service, we got an appointment in a couple of days; Lee and the guys in the Service Dept. took care of the probem in a timely manner. I recommend Coggin Nissan on Atlantic for new or used vehicles; they have a great selection and will help you find the right car for you.
The advertised price for my car was $38,035. I paid way more that that. Not to mention that I never received a military discount after they asked for my military ID. I brought this up after the purchase and I was told that these are rebates that are offered by Nissan not the dealership if that’s the case, Nissan needs to ensure that the customer gets the deal advertised this is false advertising.
my parents bought a car on Saturday 8/27- the cars transmission went out on monday and the car was towed to the dealership to he fixed. No loaner was offered and no discount was offered. They told me BEST they can do is a free 80$ oil change which is pure garbage. their customer service was terrible. It's Christmas Eve, and I'm crying. They aren't happy tears. Our brand new car (2020 Leaf) is broken in the driveway. The repair/recall broke my climate controls, clock, and now have a sonar sensor that needs fixing. We've owned this car since SUNDAY. The amount of issues since purchase is insane!

I purchased a truck from coggin used cars on Phillips. I was skeptical because it was in need of a tuneup the used car sales manager talked me into buying the truck in an extended warranty which would cover the tuneup and any other issues I may have after purchasing the vehicle and trying to get repairs done I was told by the service department that the warranty only covered the power train engine in training only and not tuneups or anything else I was completely lied to and mislead into purchasing this truck, The manager ev... read more

Very disappointed with the drop in service. I always treated Coggin Nissan like a trusted advisor for my vehicle but they no longer have the time to give you the same level of care. I asked for a full diagnostic and I got a visual inspection and recommendations based on my mileage and not my prior service history. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to find out what’s actually wrong When this is the only dealer that has ever repaired my car.
