I got a 3 month deal which I thought was a trial. Turns out the fourth month was full charge and they will not refund it. I was not told this up front nor was given any paper work. Normally I would not take a deal where had to cancel had a specific time. Plus the car wash is lousy. Doesn't rinse completely and the dryer is useless too.

I was in a line for almost 30 minutes and when I past for the machine it didnt work and I had to wait 10 minutes more. The manager didnt explain me what happened?

I went in the morning of February 2nd being today due to the fact I seen that last month I was build on the 4th. I was leaving the ***************** and could no longer use the membership and canceled my monthly membership. When I looked at my bank statement I see that I was billed $40. When I called corporate they said that it's non-refundable and that the billing day was on the same day that I canceled. I've been a loyal customer for over a year but I will never go back. Very shady business practices

Got a punctured tire from a chunk of metal in their vacuum area. Nothing done to reimburse. File claim. Claim was disregarded.

Ive been a loyal customer of Club Car Wash for years, with various vehicles I have owned. I recently went through the car wash and as I was drying off my vehicle, I noticed the ******** grille emblem was missing. I emailed Club Car Washs customer service and was instructed on what to do in order to file a claim. I filed a claim with the manager at the Providence location (very nice and personable young man by the way) and he informed me of what to expect. pathetic customer service. brand new car off the lot, next day brought it through the wash which scratched the car and left swirl marks throughout it. they denied my claim after i went back in and had them take pictures saying it COULDNT have been the car wash. they said the scratches arent like the scratches a car wash would do even though i have before and afters. this car is one day old with less than 100 miles. if you ****** car wash scratches you will find very similar scratches to this car. if this car cant get an acce... read more

I went to this car wash weekly, the teenage kids spraying down vehicles before you enter the car wash put their pressure hose too close to my vehicle and peeled off my paint. They will not provide me any photos or video footage that theyre basing their judgement from, stating that they didnt damage my vehicle. I filed a claim and they are denying it because they claim there was pre existing damage to the paint under my grille but there is no paint damage anywhere except for the grille after they sprayed it with a high pressu... read more

Horrible customer service. The car wash stopped mid wash causing the arms to drop relating in obvious scratches on my vehicle. There was no management present at the time. One of the other employees started a claim but did not submit the claim. After a few days realizing there was never a claim filed, I had to take more time out of my week and go back to the wash and file an actual claim. I cancelled my car was service 3 months ago and they can check the record to see if I came back in or not but they kept charging me. They did not give any receipt when the employee told me that it was cancelled. When I called to ask for removal, they said they can't do anything because they do not have a printed cancellation receipt. There is a new person there everytime you go there. Club car wash are thieves and would recommend anyone get the monthly pass. They are out there to make money and not service anyone.
