I'm only giving one star because giving zero stars isn't an option, what a shame. I will be canceling my personal vehicles membership, and another vehicles membership, that I personally pay monthly for, due to the simple fact that I refuse to hand my money to an establishment that lacks basic human decency and has shown a nauseating amount of disrespect, to not only it's employees, but their family members as well. I signed up for the $10 wash at beginning of January. I loved the job the carwash did on my car so I knew at that time I was going to keep coming and paying my monthly fees. Upon my second trip in February (oklahoma weather) I went through the carwash and the pressure from the cleaning arms knocked my drivers side headlight out. I immediately went to the Manager who was very polite and understanding and filed a claim. He informed me also that because of my car being more than 7 years old that they will deny my claim. I had my bank card information compromised just a few days after signing up so I had to replace my card, which I thought nothing of...until the membership billing cycle ended so I updated my bank card info to keep my membership active and again the same exact #of days later my bank card was again compromised and my card was locked due to fraudulent charges. I emailed the company to tell them my experience and at the very least make them aware of a potential issue with their website, store location, software...etc but even st... read more

Treat their military people wrong, who supports the country you are in!!! I guess my account has expired no once did anyone every reach out in any way to tell us, until I pull up to wash my van and they tell me the price is now $20 each month not the price you have been paying $15 okay guys its $5 each month thats not the point, dont do business that way!!!!!

Unhappy with Membership Fees:I tried canceling at local location and was told to go online. I tried canceling online and it didn't work. I tried calling the phone number and was on hold for a very long time without anyone picking up.I was offered a low signup rate and then was getting billed at a much higher monthly rate. This is a complete ripoff. Very unhappy with the poor customer service and the difficulty in canceling. Will not be recommending this business to others.

This place scratched up my car and left paint chips missing all around my vehicle. I reported it to an employee who helped me fill out a report. The claims department told me their machines could not do that and refused to hear another word about it. I've since learned that many people in this area have had the same issue with the same response. While the employees are very nice, the company is a problem.

My husband and I just bought brand new truck and SUV, the very next day my husband goes and gets his car washed and transferred our membership to the new truck , he goes through the car wash , parks and starts to wipe it off and notice all the scratches on his truck, the day before just bought the truck with 0 miles ! He goes and tells the office immediately( dont even leave ) they take pictures and send it off to claims . Three weeks ago my wife was involved in an 8 car pile up because the car leaving the car wash stalled which caused a chain reaction, after filling out a report *** contacted us and said get a bid and thay would repair car which is 9 months old, after receiving first bid *** wanted another so i did that, after reviewing bids she decided i needed to use my own insurance company and have them deal with club car wash, so we're in that process now. On 9/11 we went to ************* on ************ in ****** ** - This was our very 1st time using ************* and wanted to join the club since we just purchased a brand new vehicle. The attendant was great, explained different packages to us and then we proceeded to enter car wash.
