I have a similar problem as some of the others who have complained. I went for a carwash and was "upsold" for a 30-day special. The special was $10 for unlimited washes for 30 days. I was then told that I could cancel my membership "any time on or before the renewal date." So, I waited until the last day because I was going to wash my truck and cancel my membership on the same day. Much to my surprise, I was charged THAT MORNING. I wanted to cancel my Club Car wash membership but did not know what day it would recharge. Today August 18 2022 it recharged for *****. I called to cancel and ask for a refund. They told me they would not refund me the money that they needed 7 days notice to cancel. So now I am viewing my card ending in 1260 and instead of the person refunding my 5 dollars they charged ANOTHER 5 dollars to my card so now I have a 32 dollar charge that I NEVER AUTHORIZED along with ANOTHER 5 DOLLAR CHARGE against my credit card. Unethical. I cant believe they are having emoloyees stand outside in over 100 degree weather for an 8 hour shift. They car wash bay has to be over 100 degrees there is zero air flow. One of the poor kids was white pasty and didnt look good. They are setting them selves up for a lawsuit. Unbelievable. I tried to call to let someone know a kid looked ill. The only number you can call is a corporate number and it has been busy for over 30 minutes. I cant remember the last time I heard a busy signal. Get with it club car wash!

Just bought my brand new 2022 Mustang and had a membership less than 1 week and went to multiple locations throughout *******, ******. There drive through car wash caused damage on the rear right fender and every single time I went through the wash I had to hand wash the car afterwards because it left oil spots all over my vehicle and had to scrub very hard for a minute or so on each spot it made, spent an additional 45 minutes cleaning after going through an "express car wash". I went to get my 2018 Toyota Camry washed here like I have several times on *********** on 06/24/2022. After leaving the wash and drying my car off, I noticed a big chunk of paint missing off my right rear bumper, dent, and scratches on my tail lights and hood. I immediately contacted the manager, took my info. I got a call today, 06/27 stating that they reviewed their cameras and the damage wasn't theirs. I have been washing my car at Club CarWash every weekend for the past two months. I now have dull and permanently-spotted metal on the roof of my little BMW. I went through the process of filing a claim only to be told there is nothing they can do about it. I also have scratches on the sides of my car. I’m not even going to bother with a claim on those. I WAS a car club member! NEVER AGAIN! I now have scratches up my hood and on the top of my 2016 denali that can only be fixed by repainting. I filed a claim at the club and was told by a car club employee he knew exactly what had happened! He has seen it before!!!!!! For the claims department to deny responsibility!!!!!!!! Its one thing for accidents to happen but for a company to attempt to deny fault when its clear what happen and your employees to admit fault is just a shame. Bad business especially for a small town!!!
