I just bought my 2017 Kia ****** a day prior to washing my vehicle. We noticed chips and scratches on my vehicle and they claim that their equipment couldn't cause the damage my car has on it. They claim it washed paint off from the dealer. I can tell you there was no corrector paint on my vehicle prior to washing it we looked my vehicle up and down before purchase they said they would not be responsible for my damage but to have a great rest of my day. I just bought my 2017 silverado 3 weeks prior to taking through this carwash. After I finished I went to dry the truck off and noticed scratches on my hood and both sides of the truck. also when I seen I had paint chips missing my heart sank. I immediately drove it back to the car wash and the guy took pictures and kept saying they have cameras and did not believe me. some lady pulled in behind me also with damages. Since the first time I've called to cancel my membership, I've been charged $80 due to incompetent employees. I've called three times to cancel, which is ridiculous! Additionally, they will only refund $40. I should not have been charged after my initial call to cancel. I DO NOT recommend a membership!! It is more hassle than it's worth!

My boyfriend and I stopped by on Memorial Day, to get a car wash. The Manager told us about the deals. We asked about Military Discounts as we do often. (He is a retired Veteran). We were told the we could get the $15.00 Military Package and we were like great. We asked about another car and the Manager said bring it up all we have to do is register it on the same account. Contacted club car wash of Bloomington/normal IL to cancel a recurring monthly fee today, the 24th. The monthly fee has not even drawn from our account yet and is still pending. It seems reasonable to cancel a monthly fee when the customer is requesting the cancellation prior to the fee even being taken from the account. This is a baseline customer service practice. I used the Club Car Wash in Rolla, Missouri for the first time. My car received scratches down both sides of the car. Car wash staff were helpful in taking photos and filing a claim for me. They told me that it would be fixed. I was told what body shop to use. When I took the car in, a very rude male from the Columbia, Missouri location after several calls back and forth said they would not fix it because I could not prove they scratched my car. Club Car Wash in Jacksonville, IL. Think twice before taking your vehicle here. I would never blast a business, but Club Car Wash in Jacksonville, IL damaged my vehicle and has been unprofessional through this entire process. Pictures of the damage were taken by the assistant manager, right after the car wash. If anyone knows me, they know I am an OCD clean freak for the most part.
