My wife and I have used club car wash in mult. locations for about 2 yrs off and on with different membership levels. My wife tried there upgraded package for the special of $10 a month that later turned to 40 when the special ran out. As per several other reviews, my mirror was clearly damaged after going through their wash. I went through their ridiculous damage claims process only to be told it isnt consistent w their equipment and it would of happened to every other vehicle. They didnt provide me any video proof although their wash is filled with cameras so I know they have it. Their claims people refused to respond to my questions or requests for proof. The damage was reported the following day and the missing piece was never found at our location furthermore, is inconsistent with our wash. This place has the worst customer service ever! If youre thinking of getting a membership here I would think again. I purchased a membership back in February that was on special for $10 a month for the first three months and then it went up to $40 every month there after. I was told by the associate if I cancel by May 8th I would be all good. The car wash themselves are wonderful and the kids that work there are great! However when you are over charged or the did not remove one of your vehicles that lost a transmission and has been in Effingham for over three months and they keep charging you saying Im getting car washes and gave me dates that are impossible. Negligence by the staff at Club Car Wash caused damage to my brand new vehicle. The employees at this location always try to get you to pull up too close to the vehicle in front of you. It's a game to them. They keep waving you forward and if you refuse they wave even more aggressively. They did this last week and even though I refused to get too close the vehicle in front of me, the vehicle behind me hit me. Club Carwash sounds like a great idea pay $10 a month for the first 3 months and then pay $40 or less for as long as you want for as many carwashes as you want each month. However, the reality is that when you sign up they tell you to be sure to contact the toll free number to cancel or change your package by the 4th charge. Well, the charge dates are inconsistent so I did not know that my 4th date was charging and was charged $40. I called customer service to cancel on 3/38/22 and thought my membership was canceled. I also show you washed in the month of April multiple times. You recharged on 04/23/22 and again washed on 04/25/22 and cancelled that day. I would be happy to further discuss our options with you. No Stars given here. I went through club carwash a month ago and came out with a Crack and the bird poo still on my windshield. Been trying to contact them. My wife and I bought the membership and just bought a new vehicle. Not even 2 weeks old and on my 3rd trip there a kid damaged my vehicle by striking my car with a wand during the prewash. The manager filed a claim. The corporate office sent email saying after careful investigation the damage didn't happen from their Carwash. Of course it didn't, it happened when my car was struck by the kid. I sent several messages asking them to watch the video footage, but they refuse to contact me. Antenna fin was broken off , when my car went through the drying blower. The repair cost was 660.00$. I filed an accident report to Club Car Wash. They did call, but only to tell me the have a sign saying they are not responsible for any damages to your car and then offered me free car washes. NO Thanks! I dont see how a sign can admonish them from any responsibilities. I did nothing to cause the damage, I followed all of their guidelines.
