HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MY car was damaged and they wouldnt replace the fin that was knocked off.After I cancelled my membership they charged my account for another month after I received email saying they wouldnt!!! I have tried calling several times you can never speak to anyone the manager at the Cape location tries but he has no authority! RIP OFF PLACE!!!

I had the elite car wash plan but changed it to the *** plan because they had a special. Learned from my credit card statement that I was being charged $40 instead of $10 a month . Apparently the special was only for new customers . My card was charged $ 40 for to months. I talked to a supervisor she gave me a credit snd fone months of fee washes. We offer promotional pricing for new customers so they can try out our services however those are only for the promotional period. The driers at the end are strong but not enough. They took away the rolling chamois at the end and it worked great! I wish they would put it back up. The tires get shine sometimes but not all. Thinking of canceling my membership!

I signed up for a three month for ***** dollars deal the first and second time I went threw were ok but the third time my passenger side windows are all pitted from the blowers that dry your vehicle off before leaving.I told the manager on duty and he filed a claim. My truck is very clean when I come here. I'm so sick and tired of the people up front overwhelm you constantly to sign up for a monthly subscription. I tell them I just want a single wash, but they just keep on trying to sell it. I have to say no like 2 or 3 times before they shut up. Other places do not do this so I'm just gonna go somewhere else. Sick of it.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing who has been informed of our options so we provide the information to all customers utilizing the wash without a membership.
I found out after contacting my bank about payments that were to go out of my checking account without me knowing that somebody in ********* ******** has been using my code number for using ************ there.
