Advertised price of Rookie wash is $20. However, that is solely based on how you sign up, online vs. at the location. If you contact business by phone or in person you pay $21 for Rookie wash as you pay ** tax. So I pay $20 per month and my husband pays $21 for same wash only due to how we signed up. Not stated anywhere, bait and switch and according to customer service, unable to make correction to this amount charged. This is so wrong. Buyer beware of deceptive charging practice.***************************

Club Car Wash offers Monthly car wash plans for a set price for unlimited washes. It seem like a good deal so I paid for a plan. I had the plan for about 2 months and realize that I had only had got my car washed once. Seeing that this would not be a good plan for me I went to the business and told the cashier that I wanted to cancel and the young lady told me that I my plan was cancel. I had good service with club carwash until my side mirror got damaged and I filed a claim and waited for 30 days for them to review it. I got an email finally and they said that they aren't liable for the damages because it's pre-existing which is a entirely false statement, what that means if your property is damaged in the carwash we aren't responsible to fix it. I'm disgusted and appalled with the way they handled my claim and treated me in the process. I had to pay $519 to get my side mirror fixed. I can't believe this i... read more

Quality was unsatisfactory! When I drove over to the vacuums, I noticed the plastic trim between my drivers side windows was damaged. Either from the chemicals or the brush during the car wash. I thought Id spray it and wipe it would wipe off but no luck. Its quite noticeable. When I asked the manager what they could do, he said nothing. Wipe it with some AmorAll when you get home. Not what I planned on doing after a professional car wash!!

I was a happy customer to join Club Car Wash the 1 st time I went through I received damaged to my rims were all swirls scratches In the front...I went back again not sure a receive the exact same damages the swirls and a whole lot of scratches on the rims..**** in the claims department insulted me to the intent of seeking legal assistance.They are so rude and take no responsibility for the swirl on my paint The car is new.They never sent me the so called preexisting films of damage I'm waiting for.So Sorry I joined ????????

I use this wash once a week on my 2017 Impala. The finish is basically ruined and will require a buff job to remove the oxidation thats forming on the hood the roof and the trunk lid.

It's a scam, canceled in person in April. Just noticed I've been charged the last 4 months. Was told unless I had a cancellation number. They wouldn't refund. They did send me a card for for free car washes, but we canceled because it was taking the paint off my painted grill.

Worst customer service ever! I would have given zero stars if possible. Have been trying to reach the customer service manager for over 3 weeks to get an issue resolved and not one response or call back. Spoke to the team lead and she said she had to get the manager at the locations side of the story and still no call back. Needless to say I tried to reach out to get my account reinstated because of a battle of **** between my husband and the manager at one of the locations.
