I have several complaints but I will start with the RUDE so called customer service representative named *** who is not doing her job. Not only did she hang up on me while I was disputing charges but then she refused to let me speak to the manager or supervisor, would not give her employee Id when asked for by the customer and had the nastiest disposition on the phone that this person representing this company proves all too well why I will never use this service or carwash again. Beware of poor and potentially fraudulent business practices! Beware - this 'club' isn't worth your time or money. I have been a big fan of the Club Carwash ever since a location opened near me. However, my car was recently damaged while going through the car wash and my claim has still not been reviewed. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I tried cancelling my membership over a week before prior to the next billing cycle and YOUR APP sent error messages. I went into the physical location at my earliest convenience after that and they told me it was cancelled. The next day, I was charged $40. I then went back again to the physical location and they told me that it was not cancelled, that they canceled it now but I would have to call your customer service number to get refunded. It's been a month now and this company still refuses to make it right about breaking my window. The wash on Broadway not only broke the window, ripped off my wiper blade, manager did nothing while staff laughed (got it on camera), but also didn't even get my car clean. Not only did it take them almost a month to contact me regarding my claim after I submitted it, they refused to take responsibility for their equipment chipping the clear coat off of my vehicle stating the markings werent consistent with the equipment or products they use when I contacted them asking for videos of my vehicle entering and leaving the tunnel the day the damage was done, I was told theyre unable to provide me with them. I was mislead on a deal and charged for a membership. When I called and asked to be refunded the charge they refused. I will never recommend this car wash to anyone. Or do business with them again!
