I would confidently give this company zero stars if I could, primarily based off their customer service. I WAS a monthly member and just bought a new 4Runner. My first time taking it through, the paint was damaged above my driver side door as well as a piece of trim. The manager who handled my claim on site was unprofessional, unapologetic and down right rude. I have since then stayed on the claim from 7/23/2023. The teller charged my wife for four car washes and would not give a refund. The Teller stated that we would have to call the corporate office we did. The **************** reviewed the video and stated that my wife did not complain enough to get a refund at the time of purchase. We felt completely misled and we will be filing a complaint for debit card fraud.Decent wash, but very manipulative and greedy.

Horrible experience. They ruined my new car and refused to pay the damages. Many others have the same story. This is bad business practices at its finest.

We have been members since car wash opened in our town. We signed up for $20 a month with military discount. In July they said our card had expired and that card was not valid, which was incorrect, we took card personally in 3 times for them to enter card information which they finally were able to correct, we have always had 2 vehicles on this plan, but manager who since has been fired entered only one vehicle, they would not honor the $20 in 2nd car, and now want to charge $)27 for 2 nd vehicle. Back in February 2023 my two cards were hacked and had fraud so I had to cancel them and get new ones. By the time I received new cards and went to the club and updated my card on file the employee was trying to tell me I had to sign back up and it would be 28 bucks a month instead of my grandfathered 20 a month military discount. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used Club Carwash at least 1-2 times each week since they have opened a store in my town. I say that so you know that I know what I am doing going through the wash. 6/4 I went through and towards the end of the wash my car hit the back end of the car in front of me. On a good note the wash was quickly stopped when I honked my horn so I wouldn't hit them again. I will never use their car wash again. They damaged my vehicle and then refuse to cover it. It didnt just pull the antenna out, it pulled the whole unit right out of the metal van.

Very poor customer service. They do not take liability for any damages to customers vehicle. I think someone should look into their business practices related to claims.

Review your contract know your renewal date. I had to trust what they told me when I called in to lower my car wash price. They told me the 16th of the month. Today which is the 15th and presto-chango play date happens to be the 12th so I missed it again for another month paying ***** for a monthly car wash unlimited rate. I canceled after that.
