So much potential... Four of my co-workers and I decided to have lunch there today. First the waitress tried to sit us at a table for 4 insisting she would "pull up" a 5th chair on the end. (Guess she isnt aware this is against fire-code.) We requested a larger table and were finally seated at 2 tables next to each other, so our group of 5 was split up. Not a big deal, we were still close enough to chat.

Worst Experience Ever At A Dallas Restaurant Worst experience ever at any Dallas establishment. I met my sister and 7 other professional women (Executives, Teachers, Bankers etct) on Friday 8/14/09 for a birthday celebration for my sisters 54th. Professionalism at it's Worst! "Unprofessional!" by kiwaan (1 review) September 10, 2009 - Doesn't like it - I was told to contacted harwood 609 at 1030am for seating on Saturday for the Temptations. When I finally spoke with someone, I asked her how many people would be sitting at the table for $100 per person. Awful, awful, awful experience I was very disappointed in the customer service and the poor management in this establishment. A friend planned a dinner party for 10 people 2 weeks in advance. Unbeknownst to her there was a $12 cover charge of each of her guests, the table was only reserved for 8 near the fish tanks. We borrowed 2 women at a nearby table allowed us to borrow 2 of there 4 seats. Unprecedented Unprofessionalism I recently heard about Harwood 609 from a girlfriend who attended a party at the restaurant. On May 1st I called the restaurant and spoke to a representative of the establishment to hopefully book my 45th birthday party. POOR SERVICE & RUDE Bad service. The females working the front are unproffessional and need customer service training. When I called inquiring she was rude and after my questions just hung up. First impression is the last. My first experience I attended on Ladies Night. Harwood 609 Dallas Live Jazz and Dinner Club is a joke, run by jokesters. Harwood 609 is about the last place in the world that I would ever visit again. The owner is a true A_Hole. He is unprofessional and greedy, he also appears to be a drunk. The staff needs waitresses and bar-tending for DUMMIES. Don't waste your time or money. Thoroughly disgusted and will never go back! Customer service at its worst. I took some friends to the club on 8/22/2009. I did not have a good time and told the lady at the door as I was leaving.
