Vile Language My husband and I went to Harwood 609 today. The venue was decorated very nice. We didn't have any problem with the service. We were greeted professionally and waitress Britanny was very nice. However, the food was mediocre. The reason we will NEVER go back is because during our wait the owner? proceeded to curse (very vile language) and threaten a couple of employees right where we heard everything. AWFUL SERVICES My sister, her friend and I went last night to attend a music listening party. The service was AWFUL. Not only did we have to ask for water and menus (that we never got), but the waitress tried to stick us with someone else's bill because she didn't know what she was doing. I ordered a glass of chardonnay but it tasted like moscato. The lemon pepper chicken wings tasted like fried chicken with lemon juice poured on it. The waitress asked 3 times what we ordered. try it - you'll like it This is where I go when I want to relax in good company with adults. Sunday brunch is always good with lots of variety.
Bad food and horrible service! $12 to enter and the music was good. The food was bland and my Mahi Mahi was over cooked. The worst part of it all was the horrible service. You have to ask for water and refills.... the waitstaff is unprofessional ... I had to clear my own table. And to top it off, our tickets were incorrect twice! Needless to say..... they will never again get my business! If you are looking for good live music.....go to Brooklyn"s, and don't exist waste your time at hardwood 609!!
Nurse in Arlington I've been there about 5 times, the first time I remember the buffet being pretty good. It cost me $8 to get in. I was able to eat all I wanted and drinks were only $4. I will have to agree with most that service was awful!! Everytime I have gone(on a Saturday), the service has been bad...forgotten drinks, wrong drinks, plates not removed from table, server not coming back to table to check on us. My First and Only visit Amazing how fast you can use up 5000 characters when recalling a bad experience. So to keep it short, I can't see ever patronizing this establishment again. I had heard good & bad reviews but decided to see for myself. From the staff to the food it was almost a complete disappointment. Customer service is definately NOT a priority at 609. The one and only bright spot was the young lady that waited on me personally. Thank You Ms. B!! This one star is for you!!!
