Better off staying in for the night..I am sorry but it is what it is--Club Harwood: Food is overpriced and 'not all that'. Drinks: even more overpriced and not all that. Customer service--non existance. Music--it was okay. In sumation, you would be better off staying in for the night.

Our waiter was terrible. Think his name was Charles. He couldn't remember and got everyone's order wrong. He would come back to our area and yell what plate he had in his hand and at one point he asked my date what side dish he had in his hand. Which made paying for your tab very hard. Food is decent if they have it. Charles favorite line was "we ain't got that" and it's a bit overpriced, but the kicker was at the end of the night when I asked for a to-go box "we ain't got that either" so I paid 12 to get in 8 per drink, 18 ... read more

Worst Experience Ever This was my first time to 609 Harwood. My first impression was GR EAT! I own a restaurant/bar in downtown Dallas and was happy to come across another place that I could patronize as well as recommend to my customers in the area. The problem happened when a member of my party was not satisfied with the steak that she ordered. NEVER AGAIN!!! – Ok let me say this, I was impressed when I walked in the door. It "looked" the part of an upscale resturant/club, so I just knew that I would be having a great night out with my girlfriends.....WRONG!!! Upon ordering & receiving my meal (I ordered a Medium Ribeye) it was well done (BURNT!) Bad Reviews? Yes!!!!! Bad Service? Yes!!!! Poorly Managed? Yes! Yes! Yes! and Yes! A group of colleagues and myself went to see The OME Comedy Tour which was fantastic. Overpriced Buffet/Loud Music – I went here yesterday with my husband around 2 pm we heard about it so I wanted to check it out. I seen the bad reviews online but I wanted to judge it for myself. When we get there the cost to get in is 15 dollars even if you don't eat the buffet it's still 15 to get in. The buffet to me didn't have a good variety for the price your paying for it.
