I have been ordering ink from ClickInks.com for about 10 years and have a bag of about 15 ink cartridges that are not usable. Their prices are great but I am finding out remanufactured cartridges are not reliable and probably not a good way to buy ink in the long run. Genuine Hewlett Packard original ink cartridges are expensive but at least I can count on them working. I am finally going to give up ordering from ClinkInks.

Helpful in confirming items being ordered. Very polite and courteous. Shipment rec'd in a timely fashion. Would use again.

I ordered ink cartridges from Clinkinks. After waiting weeks for delivery, my old printer had to be replaced. The cartridges ordered did not fit new printer. When I returned them to Clnkinks, I was charged a 20% stocking fee. I found this to be unacceptable.

Unprofessional company. I placed an order for ink thinking it was name brand and when the receipt invoice printed I realized it was not. I called and cancelled the order. I was told it would take up to 30 days to see the credit to my card. I waited 35 days to call because no credit had posted. The representative (Andrew) told me that they had to escalate this issue to management. I have been pleased with Clicklinks products as well as their service. They have been good about exchanging or replacing where necessary, and with very few exceptions, I have found their cartridges to work correctly. They have always been willing to offer a suggestion is help was needed

The HP Officejet Pro 8610 rejected ClickInks cartridge-yet when I called Clicklinks for help, they resolved the issue. Now all is well for half the cost of new HP cartridges. I will be using ClickInks in the future...
