I had purchased many cartridges from Clicklinks.com and wished to return 6 of the black and trade for two each of the color cartridges. A man answered the phone at Clicklinks and i asked him what the procedure was. He started telling me in a gruff voice and as I am 88-years-old and hard of hearing we had a difficult time communicating. He more or less told me that i wasn't smart enough to understand so i should go to a particulate page and read the instructions, so i did. It turned out OK in the end..
Positive review- I've dealt with Clickinks for years and have never had an ink supplier give better total service- from pricing to shipping the correct items, to service after the sale then I've gotten from Clickinks. I've recommended many friends to them and they, too, have nothing but rave reviews. You're welcome.

Had a problem with compatibility of ink refils received from Clicklnks.com LLC with my EPSON2650 WF printer. Andrei, the ClickInks representative, provided information to solve the problem promptly and courteously.
Order ink by printer model on thier site. Defective cartridges shipped to me. Called the 800 number rep started to blame me for ordering the wrong item and said "you should always CALL us first" Told me to shipp all cartridges backn I did and I Paid for the shipping. They refunded 50% of the money saying the charged me for the open ones (although the rep asked me to send them back) Called customer service, rep was arguing and the hung up on me. This business is terrible! I paid for 3-7 day shipping and it took two months to receive my order. When I put the carriages into the printer two of eight didn't work. The chips were damaged. I called for a replacement and was told I was out of the warranty period, that was true, however the warranty was 30 days and it took 60 days to get my order with "Guaranteed 3-7 day shipping" so maybe a little grace is needed on both ends of this arrangement. I placed my order on Friday 2/10. I did not receive a confirmation with expected ship date on it 2/13, so I contact their customer service to look into it. I said that I would happily come down to the business and pick up the order in person, having done that in the past.
