Every time I used ClickInks the customer service is outstanding and easy to use. If you forget your password you can call with ease with no questions ask. The prices are great on ink cartridges and I will always purchase from them.

I placed an order July 26th and I was really excited with the deals on the cartridges. I received the cartridges on August 5th and place them in my printer and my printer died so I could not use them on the current printer. I went to ************ and ******* website trying find the printer and I was told by both companies that the printer was no longer available. I had no choice but return the cartridges. The black ink cartridges (2) sent by Clickinks.com were not working in my printer. They are sending me new cartridges, but I have to send back the old one back at my cost, which is no fair but worth it, because I had spent $30 for these two cartridges in June 2016. I hope the new cartridges when I will receive will work correctly showing full ink level instead of empty level in the old ones.
