I placed an order on 5/12/2017 with ClickInks for an ink cartridge for my wireless printer. ClickInks charged my checking account for $19.91 on 5/15/2017. I have contacted ClickInks via email on 5/16/2017 and 5/23/2017 requesting assistance about when my ink cartridge would be delivered. To date, I have not received it. I called ClickInks today at 5 PM and reached a recording stating to call back during regular business hours, between 9 AM and 5:30 PM daily. This is NOT a good company to try and do business with. On Feb. 5th I was charged $71.52 for ink cartridges, which turned out to be the wrong size. On Feb. 16th I returned them in the package I received them in. On March 11th I sent an inquiry into it. March 21, they started to refer the request to finance. On April 21, I was promised a refund by the 15th of May. Today is the 17th of May and no refunds as yet. I responded to your feedback request and said everything was fine when I received the order, but I had not yet opened and used a cartridge. I said I would respond again when I used the first cartridge. When I opened the first cartridge it leaked all over me, my cloths, my desk and chair. WOW What can I say. They steered me in a way to download new firm ware rather than selling me newer cartridges for my HP printer. What firm would actually lose money to help a customer?
