I have bought ink from this company for several years. When I had a problem their technical support team helped me to determine what I did wrong on installation. Once I had a defect and they promptly sent a replacement. I have been very happy with this company. The products arrive as advertised and in a timely manner.

Whatever you do, DO NOT patronize these people. They are scammers of the first degree. Ordered $68 worth of HP replacement ink and the HP printer rejected them and said that they are damaged. Some of the cartridges were leaking as well. I called the company and a guy said that he would send a return authorization. All he sent was back the company name and address on plain piece of paper. ClickInks is, I conclude, running a scam operation. They send the wrong cartridge for a printer, then tell you to return it, then don't make the refund. I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund, without success. Each time I call I am promised that it will be made by xyz date, but it does not happen. They keep moving the date, hoping that the customer will give up. DO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY ARE CROOKS! VERY NEGATIVE!

My experience with Clickinks was good. The only problem, it took a little longer to receive my order than I expected. I understand that the colored ink was out of stock, but the black was not.
