Sion Presbyterian Church has used Click Inks for many years and we get professional service. There customer service department has very positive attitudes and will do all they can to help solve any issues. We had some returns due to printer problems - not ink problems - and they sent the RMA right away.

I purchased ink for my Lexmark printer at a very cheap price after I could not buy them at Walmart or Best Buy. I had a problem with the printer accepting the black cartridge, and I called customer support and was able to get everything going. I will continue to buy from them...

Great place to do business, in my opinion. I thought I was missing part of a recent order and contacted them. Very patient and friendly-me-not so much. They slowly asked me a few questions-were very courteous-told me they showed the package showed it had been left on my front porch. Me-not so happy-as I was on the phone with them my wife had gone upstairs and fetched my "missing" ink package, and asked: "what's this"? My mind is frazzled, I guess. In my opinion, a business should not ever charge anyone's credit card until a product is ready to be shipped, but my account was charged even though the product that I had ordered was out of stock. On their web site, it indicated that the ink was available. However, my account was charged and then I received an e-mail that the ink cartridges were not available, nor was the one ink color that I mainly needed. I had a very positive experience With Clickinks.com LLC. Having the wrong ink cartridges was not a Problem to return. I received a quick RA Number and even a suggestion to try And get them to work with my printer. I thank them for all the help, and never did I feel that I was ignored or cheated.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! "I have been customer for the past 3 years and first time I complain about their product. I requested to return the product in order to get my money back. I returned total 27 cartridges and received only four cartridges credit. When I called CSR, he's asking me that, "If you returned 27 cartridges then how come we received only 4 of 'em?" I ordered several ink cartridges thinking I was saving money 01-27-2017. when I received the cartridges, the first one I opened burst; the second one would not fit my printer. In fact I had a difficult time removing it. I packaged the cartridges (all of them) back up and returned 02-18-2017. I called then 02-28-2017; they had received the package and would refund my money. I have since called 9 times and no refund yet as of 06-02-2017. When I called they said they would deduct a percentage for returns. Worst customer service... read more
