Buyer Beware.......When a couple of the ink cartridges would not work, I went through all the troubleshooting steps. I sent back using the RMA provided asking for a replacement of about $25 worth of ink. ClickInks claimed they near received and adamantly refused to replace. I did not have any documentation from the post office as I just dropped off the postage paid envelope/box. Fortunately, my credit card company reimbursed me as a courtesy. I am sorry that we were not able to replace the cartridges that we did not receive back. While it is standard practise for the sender to assume responsibility for delivery (as we would if we had been shipping to you) it is possible for us to process replacements should we never receive the return. However, this can only be done after sufficient time has passed to ensure that the package is not being returned to sender as undelivered.
