Terrible!!! I purchased ink from them. I called fri and mon during business hours and the recording said we are closed today. Tried again and again and finally got **********. Crooks. Ordered from this company and when received the cartridges did not work. Returned the cartridges to address given by an Adriana ******* over a month ago. No refund received and multiple emails to this company have not been responded to. They are crooks who take your money and when their products are so inferior they don’t work, keep your money. This company promised my refund and did not send it to my account as promised. They made the mistake and acknowledged but I checked my account this morning and the money was not there.
We ordered an ink cartridge based on the associate's recommendation for our computer. The cartridge did not fit, so we followed the company's procedure for submitting a return. For months, we would call, yet the company would say the cartridge had never been received, in spite of the tracking indicated it had been. Finally, after many months, one associate said the return had indeed taken place, yet the company had not initiated the next step of the process. ClickInks has been great for customer service! I have saved money and time just re-ordering without having to run upstairs to check on my printer model. I have used this company for years and have never had a problem getting what I need. Although they don't have the black ink cartridge I need right now, I'm sure they will stock up soon. I recommend this company to anyone looking to save money and time on printer ink.
I ordered some printer ink the end of January. It took them five days to send me return instructions. I sent the items back and have only received one half of my refund. They keep running me around , telling me they are working on it. It's been two months and I still don't have my full refund.
Extra ordinary service. They went beyond my expectations in looking for a cartridge for an old printer I had. The operator traced on down, that was very close, located in England, and marled obsolete. I thought that was unusually good service. I have made it a practice to order from Clickinks, and have always received outstanding service. A great company so far as I'm concerned.
I have ordered my inks from Clickinks for a long time. Their prices are excellent and their specials are always welcome, like buy 2 and get a 3rd free, etc. The inks are always good and even the compatible with OEM inks are good. Shipping time is pretty quick and if you have any problems, their staff is very helpful and courteous. Another plus is that you can get through quickly to their phone service option. I ordered two laser cartridges from ClickInks for my Brother printer and when I installed the first one, it wouldn't work. After installing the 2nd, success! ClickInks immediately sent me a return label for the defective cartridge and it's on its way for replacement. Thank you ClickInks for guiding me along the way.
