I ordered two laser cartridges from ClickInks for my Brother printer and when I installed the first one, it wouldn't work. After installing the 2nd, success! ClickInks immediately sent me a return label for the defective cartridge and it's on its way for replacement. Thank you ClickInks for guiding me along the way.

I had a damaged cartridge and they replaced it without any issues. Ive been please with the service

I have found that the ClickInks remanufactured toner cartridges for my Brother printer work perfectly. And the prices are sensational as compared to the brand name cartridges. And the customer support staff are friendly and accommodating.

I had ordered ink in November 2020 and didn't need to replace it until last week. When I replaced it, it would not work in my printer. I called ClickInk and spoke with Marcus, He sent me instructions advising how I could check to see if the ink worked. It did not and I then sent Marcus an email advising him of this and he promptly advised that they would send out a replacement. Not happy that the ink didn't work, but very happy with their customer service and that they would send me a replacement right away.

Misleading ordering information on website. The website photos show you the manufacturers ink cartridges, then send you their off brand. If that were not bad enough they send the wrong size and type. When you return them using the label they provide, you don't receive a refund.

Got my order quickly and i thought i bought the wrong size so i emailed them . I put the cartrage in and it fit. Received response quickly and i explainedci did not have to return item. Only issue i had was when opening first cartriage i got ink all over my hand.

I had about 12 ink cartridges that suddenly became non useful when the printer bit the dust. An online chat is all it took to be informed they would take them back for account credit. ClickInks provided a RM number and a return mailing label. At 1 week I hadn't received any word and contacted them by e-mail. I had a response within hours that my return would be available in 2 days. They have been excellent communicating through this process.
