Terrible product, worse customer service. Ink leaked all over, impossible to get through to anyone to try to return it. On hold for 20 minutes and it is clear that there is no 'next customer representative'. BUYER BEWARE.

Searched online to order new ink cartages for the brand new copy machine that was purchased. Found that Clinkinks was the lowest price. Noticed that they had a 4.5 star rating so went ahead and purchased the toner. That was almost a month ago. Still have not received it. Reached out to the customer service link and they did get back to me within 24 hours. I have ordered from ClickIncs.com for many years. They have gone out of their way to answer my questions when I called. They have actually bent over backwards to help me. I keep them as a favorite on my desktop. Orders are promptly filled and shipped. Prices are very reasonable.

I have nothing but great things to say about Click Inks...I took a chance and ordered their brand. Which outlasted my normal Brand item my family was so impressed. Not only did their brand outlast and was easy to install the shipping was fast. We are a family of four, my son and daughter do their school work on laptops and I am the marketing director for the PTA; so printing is a must!! This company offers remanufactured ink at an amazingly low price and ships it free to your door if the order is over $40. How much easier can it get!
