John was very helpful. We had just bought the house and had no idea how to maintain treat the hot tub. Previous owner had left no instructions, only a big box of chemicals. John came and checked out the hot tub, found a small tiny leak that was fixed right away, explained which chemicals to use, how to maintain and treat the water. Very happy with his service!

Returned call within a day, scheduled an appointment and arrived when expected. Quickly found problem and made sure the spa was working correctly.
Prompt service. Very knowledgeable and professional. It is hard to compare costs on repairs when the service person is already there but I am guessing most would charge a similar amount - our circulation pump needed replacement.
