Clearwater repaired all the issues I had with my hot tub. The advice from their technicians on how to manage and handle the hot tub very helpful. I really appreciate their work, especially after I have tried other local spa shops without any reasonable help.
Very professional and left me with, “Any issues we will return free of charge”. What more can you ask for.

We hired Clearwater several years back to do a massive electronics replacement on our hot tub. We were pleased with the quality of service, so when our tub sprang a leak this summer, they were our natural first call. At first, everything was great. The technician who came out to diagnose the problem was knowledgeable and professional. He scheduled us for a repair appointment a week later. Sorry for the issues you have encountered. Our office manager of 21 years has fallen very ill four weeks ago and will not be returning . We have recently hired a new office manager and the learning curve has been greater than we had expected . This customer must be calling the wrong number. The initial call goes through a 24 hour answering service. After initial contact has been made the customers are provided with our cell phone numbers so contact is never an issue. They never did my repair and I had given them a check for 480.00 I have repeatedly called with no response. If they do not come and fix it I will take legal action against them. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Call was scheduled on a Saturday, the tech is a city firefighter. He was called out on an emergency call that prohibited him from working that day. Upon finding this out, we immediately called the customer to reschedule. We had a date picked for the following Wednesday. We left the customer several messages on several occasions. Technician said he was familiar with the type of spa I had, but then didn't seem to know where anything was inside it once he took the panel off. It was a thermostat issue obviously since the spa was working but just not keeping up to temperature.
