The company happily takes the service fee and when the service is not what they want to do lie about everything else. Please note that they were notified about the specifics of the project in detail beforehand. In my case quoted the price of the parts 3 times higher than what it really was and suggested that the spa is not worth the repair. Never calls back on time.

We were not notified of any specifics other than the heater was not working. I explained to the customer that we needed to visit the site to troubleshoot the issue. She argued with me that the issue was that she needed a new heater and it would be a simple repair. After a little confusion about time of the appointment, John showed up, during very inclement weather and looked at our tub, In about 5 minutes he was able to pinpoint the issue. He did what he could while he was there, ordered the part we needed and will replace as soon as it comes in. He explained everything, showed me the parts and pieces. I felt comfortable that what he was suggesting was reasonable and fair.
There simply are not many options when you need service for a Hot Tub issue. Even places that sell them can not help in many instances. Clearwater is not close to me but they still were available to help with my leaky pump. They are FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and not only took care of my issue but, explained every detail and gave me tips to keep my Tub in top shape! I highly recommend them and I'm glad to know I have someone I can count on for any issues I may have in the future! Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!!!

From the initial call to setting appointment this family owned company was friendly, professional and maintained communication regarding expected appointment time. The technician knew within 15 minutes what the issue was because he clearly has years of experience and recognized the timing of the breaker tripping indicated the failure of the culprit. He was so personable, kind and polite. It was a pleasure and the price was right for sure!! I would highly recommend this company!!!
I hired Clearwater to come out to my house and fix a jetted tub with jets that will not power on. John came out and diagnosed the problem. He said it was a complicated fix because it was a complicated tub. He made a call to the tub maker and make searches on his iphone. He came to the conclusion that he would be able to fix it by retro-fitting it. It would work in an on/off capacity and heat, but will not be able to have jet sequencing. I agreed that was acceptable. Initially great,but after 10+ attempts to reach them following a temp. repair completed, have yet to receive a call back. Have been trying to reach them for 2 months now, all you get is answering service. Which is indeed claiming to pass on the message.Extremely disatisfied by what initially appeared a great company.

After agreeing to pay a service call for us to troubleshoot the spa customer refused to do so once we completed troubleshooting. Customer claimed that the spa was under warranty. We let her know that we are not a warrantee service center for this manufacturer but we would do our best to get this done if it is at all possible.
