Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. I had a leak in my hot tub and knew where it was coming from so I figured this should be easy and I contacted them in early June. Once they finally came to my house in July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right where I directed it was leaking. The work is still not done and we are trying endlessly to schedule them to come and finish the job, the guy is nice but he does not finish the job on his visit and they do not show up when then schedule.
