Good and timely service
John was very responsive and I was quickly able to make an appointment. He was very helpful and explained how to I can prevent problems with my hot tub from happening again.

Customer service was great. I left a message on a Sunday evening not expecting a reply til Monday however, they reponsed with a quick message that they will be able to help with my issues and someone would contact me Monday morning. John called me first thing in the morning and helped me diagnose my problem. He was professional and explained what need to be done. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

I read the reviews and I had questions, but John was great to work with and Clearwater will be my first call going forward. I got more information in 30 minutes than I did in 18 months from the company we bought the tub from originally.
