On time and very knowledgeable
We had to have our hot tub opened for the season. Workman came out on time, was very courteous and knowledgable. We used them last year too.
Very courteous and helpful
They came out to evaluate and was paid $135 to look at my jacuzzi tub I was expecting an estimate to finish the job It has been 10 days with no follow up or estimate
Business response:
I felt I needed to respond to this review. We had an estimate prepared for this service call the following morning. We left two voicemail messages for the customer. One that morning and one the following morning. Our messages were never returned. Unfortunately this client never tried to call us back but decided to provide a very negative review. At Clearwater Spa we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction because we are a service only business. All of our clients have access to both owners cell phones and email addresses so ... read more
They came quickly.
Service rate is $135/hr, which seems high to me, given that the repair took about 15 min., with another 30 or so spent on explanation and instruction on how to use the spa chemicals.
John was very professional and would have him back again
Our service person was very open and honest and gave us great advice that will help us tremendously in the future regarding our spa
John Pine came out this spring to fill and service our hot tub. He was great! Coming out next week to close it.
