So far they were on time, work was completed for the initial visit, and we are now waiting on a part. So far they have been great.
My fist visit was quick and proficient. The technician promised me they backed the work for 30 days or would make it right. They have not made it right yet and I have not herd from them this week as promised. we'll see

Not sure why we received this poor review. It took over three days for us to get a price from the manufacturer because they had some difficulty finding the correct pricing. The customer was given a price and the work is now scheduled. The customer seems happy. Also its confusing as to backing the work where there has been no work performed yet, only an initial service call to troubleshoot the problem. Most of our work is backed by us for one year. Sorry to our customer for any confusion. John

John provided me with information I never knew about my tub, very informative. Problem was minor thankfully and hopefully doesn't occur again. Very professional and easy to talk to. Only using John going forward and highly recommend to anyone !!!
