John and Joe fixed my hot tub problem in a very professional and timely manner.they also found and repaired a leak that I could not find for the longest time. I highly recommend Clearwater Spa Company for any hot tub or pool repairs .
230 dollars is a lot of money considering he was here thirty minutes
the service man was helpful, cheery, accommodating, and gave me hope that he would surely fix my problem. He fixed a few other problems I had regarding my "backyard"hot tub, and the whirlpool bath I called for,and when e left i felt hopeful that my tub would be fixed within a week. I did not hear from the company ever again, I had to call twice to eventually find out they could not find a replacement part. If I hadn't called, I would have NEVER heard from them and I would be still waiting,

This is simply not true, customer was advised at the time of service call that parts were no longer available for this unit, but we would attempt to find them and if we were successful in doing so, we would contact the customer . We strive for 100% customer satifaction. Sorry we were not able to solve the problem.
John was very professional and solved a problem that I had researched for months. His price was very fair and his work was of high quality. I recommend him for any repair of a bathroom spa.
They respond witin 1 hour of my internet inquiry. The service tech came out within a couple of days and offered several options. They still need to come back and do the complete repair but I'm very pleased so far. Rick Deziel - Dracut Mass.
