They called quickly, sent a technican out the next day. He assessed problem and came up with a plan to repair.
We've been trying to getit fixed for a long time and they made it simple!
Showed up somewhat late, but called to let me know. They diagnosed the problem in a half an hour. The techs answered all of my questions and were very informative.
Excellent service - very helpful and personable. Really seemed to know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.

They are very knowledgeable about hot tubs and very quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it on the spot.
I had estimate from Clearwater Spa - paid $95.00, was told that the project will be about $2000 to fix the hot tub. The price seems high but in order to do another estimate I need to pay another $100 for someone to come and look at it. Not going forward with the project as this is not the priority for me now.

Still have problems and error messages. We have already paid upwards of 1K and the tub still isn't working :(

Occasionally when a major component failure has happened it destroys other components as well. Please keep in mind that when this happens we usually do not charge extra labor for those components to be installed. This is the only cost we can control for our customers,we cannot control the cost of parts John
