These guys were great! Very accommodating, they found time to come out and diagnose what was wrong within a couple of days of my call, then ordered the part and were back within a week to do the repair. John Pine and his son were extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. I'd been working with the technician who originally installed the spa, but Clearwater is 1000% more reliable and didn't nickel and dime me on charges. I am thrilled to know they are out there, and would happily call them again.

He's honest... straight forward with his analysis and anxiopus to offer up alternatives to expensive fixes. Where I wanted to replace my heating unit, which would have yeilded him more dollars, he diagnosed a filter cover issue that was really the problem. I will turn to John for all my spa issues moving forward
