The tec. who came to my house was verry polite and did a good job on the repair
He quickly responded, gave me an estimate the same day,and we are very lucky to have been able to find thid knowledgeable and worthy contractor for our spa.
Not only was the owner a pleasure to deal with but his son came after the initial diagnostic to install a heater in my hot tub and I was pleasntly surprised to find him a pleasant and knowledgable as his father. I am a very satisfied customer

I had my reservations about using the internet to find a qualified and competent spa repair service, but went ahead and went through the drill not expecting it to fulfill my needs. Boy was I wrong...John Pine called me before the printer was done printing his contact information - it was literally within a minute of me hitting the send button.
