I don't know about value for the money as I did not want to pay for a service call from another company. They were extremely prompt answering ad, courteous, and efficient!
Poor customer service - no returned phone calls. Had to get service elsewhere after 2 weeks of my time.
They performed repair quicker and for less money than I expected. What more can I ask? Would definitely hire them again.
